Availability Calendar
The Gîte is only available 1st April until the end of September.
Please note the beginning and end date can have overlapping guests. i.e. p.m. arrivals and a.m. departures.
This calendar is in real time and will reflect your booking on acceptance.
Ensure before making a booking that the main stay days you wish to stay are available i.e. no blue bar - except the beginning and end changeover dates.
When you have chosen then please proceed to the booking process below.
Booking procedure
The booking procedure is as follows:
1. Choose available dates.
2. Review the rates to make sure you are OK with the rate. Click here for Rates.
3. Send a Booking request by completing the booking form below.
4. OR you can book via an agency, links below.
5. I will endeavour to respond quickly, this is not always possible in a few hours, so if your request is urgent then send me an SMS or phone me on plus 44 (0) seven eight three one three one zero six five nine. (written like this to prevent web crawlers gaining phone numbers).
6. I will then initiate the booking procedure for you on a first come first served basis.
7. You will see an indication on the calendar for your dates marked as xx Tentative which will change when your refundable deposit has been received to xx Confirmed. Your invoice will show how you can pay in Euros or GBP by BACS, Paypal, Mastercard or Visa
You can now make payments (deposit & final) from the payment page.
If you would prefer not to book direct then you can also book via SimplyOwners or AirBnB. The latter will charge you more as they take 15% of the booking fee so my price on AirBnB is higher.
